We have a high amount of knowledge, which has been gained via great training and communication in order to carry out our customers every need. Our manufacturer trained engineers puts us above our competitors in regards to customers satisfaction and give us the edge in customer satisfaction and acceptance. Alongside this, we are also proud to mention that we respond to all customers on the same day as your enquiry, usually in 2 hours, with 95% of enquiries being fixed without a second visit required.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

ALL call out charges are a fixed price for however long the call out takes "NO Fix NO Fee" and NO charge for returning to fit parts if required. You just pay for the discounted parts.

If you are on a 4 or 8 hour service agreement the call out is free, inc. parts & consumables. We will swap our equipment if not repaired in contract specified time.

Our SLAs are 100% and have never been breached.

Any other type of equipment that you require servicing will have to be assessed. Just call our office, and then we can provide you with a quote over the phone. Please note that all prices for printer repairs and servicing are excluding VAT.
